UC Merced men's and women's soccer utilize the recreation fields for practice. Located next to Bobcat Field, the 200,000 square foot field area is also available for other intercollegiate athletic practices, sports clubs practices and intramural games. The recreation fields are available to the student body during designated open recreation hours. This noteworthy facility, which also includes lights, was a part of the 2020 project.
