2011-2012: As a junior Yonemoto started all but one game…he led the team in assists with 2.5 per game, while scoring 5 points per game and grabbing 2.5 rebounds per game. Yonemoto had a season high 17 points vs. Pacific Union on February 11, 2012…he also had a season high 6 assists, twice, one vs. Westmont on November 11, 2012 and the other vs. Menlo on February 9, 2012.

High School: Yonemoto attended Lowell High School in San Francisco, CA where he played two years of varsity basketball…in 2009 his team won the AAA San Francisco Section Championship.

Personal: Son of Dave and Jan Yonemoto…Michael is a Human Biology major inspiring to be a physical therapist upon receiving his degree…he played two years in the Men’s Basketball Club and is a current member of the Students for Sensible Drug Policy Club…Michael is referred to as ‘Mickey’ by his teammates.
