2013-2014: As a junior, Flores played in all 29 games in the season, while starting 28 of them… led the team in minutes played, averaging 29.9 minutes per game… finished the season with 21 made field goals, while shooting 18% from the field, averaging 3.2 points per game… led the team in assists this season with 77, while turning the ball over just 49 times… had 66 rebounds, which leaves him at 2.3 rebounds per game... Flores’ season high for points was 9, which came January 9, 2014 when the Bobcats faced off against the William Jessup Warriors.
2012-2013: Played all but 1 game his sophomore season averaging 18 minutes per game… contributed in multiple areas at the point guard position including scoring, rebounding and averaging a positive assist to turnover ratio.
2011-2012: Saw quite a bit of time off the bench for the Bobcats as he played in all 22 games as a freshman… Flores helped lead the Bobcats to an unexpected 5-7 California Pacific Conference record in their inaugural season… was third on the team in steals with 23.
High School: Attended Saint Mary’s High School in Stockton, California, where he was a 4-sport athlete in basketball, cross country, track and diving… helped lead his basketball team to the Sac-Joaquin Section Championship in 2011… was named the Tri-City Athletic Association Defensive Most Valuable Player in 2010 and 2011… named 1st team all Tri-City Athletic Association in Cross Country and Track in 2011.
Personal: Flores is a Biology major… a member of Sigma Alpha Epsilon… enjoys eating Mexican food and watching his favorite movie, Friday Night Lights… his goal for this upcoming season is to win the California Pacific Championship.
