2023: Cal Pac Champion (4X800 Relay)…Ran a program-best time of 34:51.3 in the 10000m for a seventh place finish at the Cal Pac Championships…Also ran a personal best time and a #2 program time of 16:02.8 in the 5000m for an eighth place finish at the California Pacific Conference Championships… Ran a personal best 4:18.0 in the 1500m at the Sunbird Invitational on February 18…Ran a personal best 2:05.5 in the 800m at the West Coast Relays on March 31.
