2013: As a sophomore, he started in each of the 13 games that he played in… finished with 1 goal as a defender with a 33% shot on goal per shot percentage… was a staple on the defensive line for the Bobcats throughout the season.

High School: Attended and played four years of soccer at Amino Leadership Charter High School in Inglewood, California… went undefeated in league all four years… awarded the Best Defensive Player Award… played for multiple club teams including PVSC Exiles Black, FRAM Coastal Quest and PCSC.

Personal: Galvan is a Business Management major… lists his favorite movie as The Warriors and his favorite food as Mexican… lists his favorite professional sports teams as Real Madrid and Chivas de Guadalajara and his favorite athlete as Sergio Ramos… he notes that he is proud to represent UC Merced doing what he loves to do.
