High School: One of the top scorers in the San Diego section, Owen averaged 19.5 points, seven rebounds and 4.9 assists per game as a senior at Eastlake High School....Was a Division Four All-State Second Team Selection...A big-game player, Owen contributed 29 points and 15 rebounds in the CIF San Diego Section Division One Girl's Basketball Championship semifinal game against Mater Dei Catholic....Had five double-double's as a senior, including a 39 point, eleven rebound effort in January and an 18 point, eleven steal performance in the third game of the season...Owen was also strong in the classroom and was a San Diego All-Academic Team member in 2016-17 and 2017-18.
