2013: As a sophomore defender, Avery played in 11 games in the season… finished the season with 6 shots, 3 of which were shots on goal… primarily a defender and a key piece to the Bobcats’ defense in the season.

2012: Started all 14 games on the season as a freshman… had 6 shots, 1 of which were on goal, and 1 assist… primarily played as a part of the defensive line for the Bobcats but took rotations in the midfield and forward positions.

High School: A 4-year varsity player at Los Altos High School in Los Altos, California... named the team offensive MVP as a senior… named 2^nd team All-Miramonte League in 2009, 2010 and 2011. 

Personal: Chose to attend UC Merced for the smaller atmosphere that allowed for more attention and closer community… lists 8 mile and ATL as her favorite movies… enjoys singing along with country music… one day wants to move to Alabama.
