MERCED, Calif. - UC Merced head men's soccer coach Albert Martins has announced the dates for this year's youth soccer camps, with the first camp taking place in June.
Martins will run the camps June 17-20 and July 22-25. Both four-day camps are from 9:00am-12:00pm Monday-Thursday and will be held at UC Merced's Recreation Fields.
The coed camps welcome ages 4-12 and registration is $75. A T-shirt is included in the fee.
 The camps will focus on skill development, small sided games, and fun.
 "We are very excited about hosting our summer camps again," Martins said. "Our community comes out in large numbers to enjoy the camp and support our program. We look forward to watching all of these amazing campers grow and enjoy these great camps!"
Schedule of events each day includes:
- 9:00am - Check-In and Warm Up
- 9:30am - Individual Skill Development
- 10:15am - Snack Break (not provided)
- 10:30am - Team Skill Development
- 11:15am - World Cup Games
UC Merced men's and women's soccer players will join Martins in running the camps.
Each participant should bring a soccer ball, shin guards, water bottle, sunscreen and snacks.
